We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.
| Service | Role |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Payments, subscriptions, fraud prevention |
| Resend | Transactional emails (access, receipts, trial reminders) |
| Vercel | Hosting and server logs |
| Supabase | Database and file storage (progress, Sasha conversations and voice recordings), hosted in the EU |
| Anthropic | The AI model behind Sasha: receives the text of your conversation to write its replies. It does not use it to train its models. |
| Meta and TikTok | Advertising measurement, only when their pixels are enabled |
Some of these providers are established in the United States; transfers rely on their standard contractual clauses.
Order and billing records: as long as accounting law requires (typically ten years). Account and access data, including your progress and your Sasha conversations and recordings: while your access is active. Advertising event data: according to each platform's own retention, generally up to two years.
The site stores a small amount of data in your browser to remember your order between the checkout and the confirmation page, and to keep the launch countdown consistent between visits. Advertising pixels, when enabled, set their own cookies. Blocking them does not prevent you from buying or using the program.
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, object to advertising measurement, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to our support address and we answer within 30 days. Deleting your data means losing access to the program; billing records we are legally required to keep are the exception.
If you are in the EU or the UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, which we do not do.
This program is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
