The program comes with a 30-day "Speak or it's free" guarantee. If it isn't for you, you get your money back. No form, no interview, no hard feelings.

How to ask

Email our support address within 30 days of your purchase, from the address you used to order, and write "refund" anywhere in the message. You do not have to justify yourself.

What you get back

• The full price of the program and of any one-time add-on bought in the same order.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
• You keep the flashcard decks and the audio pack. They're yours.

Subscriptions

Sasha AI is billed separately from the program:

• Annual plan: refundable in full within 30 days of the charge. After that, cancel any time and you are not charged again at renewal.
• Monthly plan after a trial: cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged the monthly price. We email you before the first charge. Once a month has started, that month is not refunded, but cancelling stops all future charges immediately.
• The $1 trial fee is not refunded, it covers the card verification.

After a refund

Access to the lessons and to Sasha AI ends when the refund is issued. Re-purchasing later is possible at the price in force at that time.

Fair use

The guarantee is meant to remove your risk, not to fund repeat downloads. We may decline a refund when the same person buys and refunds the same product repeatedly, or when the content has been shared or resold.

Your legal rights

This guarantee comes on top of the rights your local consumer law gives you, it never replaces them. EU and UK buyers: because this is digital content delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts at once, which ends the statutory withdrawal period, our 30-day guarantee applies regardless.
